Eight years after the Dark Knight took the fall for Harvey Dent's crimes in order for Gotham to know its true hero, Batman is known as a fugitive and is being chased by the law.
Batman will be challenged physically and mentally in order to defeat the terrorist: Bane. Bane is mostly known for his strength (which is enhanced by "Venom") and his intellect. He is also known for "Breaking the Bat" where he actually breaks the Dark Knight's back (this was in the limited comic series: Knightfall).
Along the way, Batman will cross paths with Selina Kyle A.K.A Catwoman.
This will be the last movie of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy.
