Avengers Assemble to be sequel for Avenger's: EMH

After fans heard the news for the replacement of the much beloved Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, there was a huge amount of hatred spreading through the air, the show therefor finished in rather a rush.
Avengers Assemble was then scheduled to appear after Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and was to be based on the recent movie version. It was also set to include Falcon, and was to get rid of Black Panther, Wasp and Ant-man/ Giant-man.

Jeph Loeb (writer and executive producer) stated "It better reflects the cast that's in the movie... but we're not saying 'Earth's Mightiest Heroes' never happened". He then added "We took this giant story, it has a conclusion it was always meant to get... and when we get out of that you'll see what 'Avengers Assemble' will take it to".
