It seems that most films are getting reboots the past couple of years, so why not reboot the legendary Godzilla.Godzilla was originally a Japanese "deikaju" which means strange beast. It first appeared in a Japanese movie, which was based on the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. Godzilla was said to have been created by the radiation from the atomic bomb.
The character has also faced various famous monsters such as King Kong!
The most recent Godzilla movie was made in 2004.
Gareth Edwards will now be retelling the legendary story of GODZILLA!
